• Backup data (files and database) when backups are enabled

3. Legal Basis

We process your data based on contract execution (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) - the data is necessary to provide the backup and monitoring services you requested.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. Backups are encrypted at rest and in transit.

5. Data Retention

Site connection data is retained while your site is active. After 90 days without heartbeat, your site is paused. After an additional 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data (portability)
